Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products purchased from gullibulliwebstore.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases within India, we will deliver the order to your doorstep. As per the weight chart for all prepaid orders will be visible to you while booking your order. For cash on delivery orders Rs. 50 extra.

Your amount and shipping charges (if any) will be refunded in due time (see Refund if not replaced of RETURN POLICY) in case of order cancellation, lost or undelivered.
Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded in case of partial cancellation of order or returning the delivered order.

Delivery Time

Order will ship in 2-5 days as per First in First out pattern and will deliver in next 3-7 days + 3 days for any unforeseen circumstances (a feedback is required as advice from our customer(s) or visitor(s) for this approach).

Tracking details will also be provide when order get booked for shipment.

To ensure that your order will be delivered to you on-time, please make sure to fill complete and accurate details as under:

First of all require your Full Name.
Then your complete Address details including House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark nearby.
Then your City, State and Zip/Postal Code (Orders may get mis-routed if these details were incorrect).
Then your Phone number (preferably mobile must correct and reachable), courier person will call you for delivering your order and we may call you for delivery related queries.

Points to Remember

Please follow the following instructions to get your product replaced or amount refunded successfully (for more information see Return or Refund Policy).

1. Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered.

2. If your product delivered to you successfully then click one image of the label before point number 3 and several images after point number 3.

3. Always make a video while opening the packet delivered to you in such a way that first capture clearly the label pasted over the box then continue same uncut video to record further till the product is visible and capture if it will get damaged (in very rare case).

4. Remember video must not be longer than 3 minutes (as per instructions from courier partner.

5. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, if the product delivered to you is found damaged, to our WhatsApp Number 8802029342 or Email ID gullibulli.gb@gmail.com along with the images and recorded video as mentioned in points number 2 and 3.You can contact us for any query regarding order booking, dispatch and delivery regarding only on our Email ID gullibulli.gb@gmail.com, we will reply as early as possible.

Return and Refund Policy

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

1. If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item as the description mentioned on our website or wrong product was delivered to you.

2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

3. If the product delivered found damaged during transport

For all above case follow steps as informed under Points to Remember.

Refund if not replaced

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only through Bank Transfer.
